Revolt Clothing offers free shipping on all orders over the value of R500. All other orders within RSA under R500 are charged a flat rate of R45. We ship items Monday through Friday. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days. Once your item(s) have been processed you will receive a notification with your order ID (and tracking number).

Once you receive your product, unwrap, smile and enjoy!

Returns/Exchanges

Oh no! Your item doesn’t fit or you don’t like it? We got you…just return it.

  • Return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date
  • We cannot offer returns or exchanges after 14 days of delivery date
  • You must return the item unused, same condition as received, and in all original packaging

 Non-refundable Item(s) 

We cannot offer returns or exchanges on the following items

  • Earrings (that can be pretty gross)
  • All sale items are final sale
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

But my item is damaged?

If your item is received damaged or the wrong item please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will gladly replace or refund the item. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of shipping. (Proof of damage or wrong item will be required)

Ok cool but how do I return the item(s)

All right, I have sent my package now what?

  • We will inspect your order once it is received
  • Once inspected we will send you a notification that we have received the item
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If you are approved

  • Your refund will be processed
  • Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days
  • For exchanges item will be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary

Where is my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@revoltclothing.net.
